This new application in its start-up phase wanted to obtain Data-Agri certification before its launch in 2022. The Data-Agri charter concretizes and demonstrates the commitment of Elzeard, a Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) company, to respecting ethical rules for its relations with farmers and for the protection of personal and agricultural data from their farms.

AGDATAHUB'S CONTRIBUTION

Agdatahub accompanied Elzeard in its Data-Agri labelling process. The digital service and the General Terms of Use (GTU) of Elzeard have been scrupulously analyzed by Agdatahub's experts. Agdatahub's support made it possible to specify the technical points to be implemented for the application and then to propose alignment points for the GTU.
Elzeard was supported by Agdatahub in the submission of his case. After being examined by independent lawyers, it was found to be compliant.

THE DATA-AGRI LABEL, A GUARANTEE OF CONFIDENCE AND TRANSPARENCY FOR ELZEARD

The Elzeard application has now been labelled the Data-Agri label for a period of 2 years, a guarantee of the transparency that Elzeard implements in its contractual relationship with its vegetable producers and users and in the use that is made of their data.
